It is a misconception that oily skin or skin that is subjected to tropical humid climates, do not need to be moisturized. Not true! Moisturizers don't add water to your skin, but rather help to hold water in the outer layer of your skin to keep it hydrated. Moisturizers contain ingredients called humectants, which draw the water into your skin, and emollients, which form a protective film and trap the water in the skin.
This lotion is heavier in weight so apply less than our other face lotions.
Massage a small amount to entire face, neck, ears and decolletage.
Unlike shea butter, cocoa butter is often overlooked when creating organic body lotions. This is unfortunate because cocoa butter offers a unique skin health benefit—it can create a protective barrier on your skin that holds moisture.
This will help you not only make your skin look healthy and hydrated but could prevent moisture loss that would eventually lead to wrinkling, fine lines, or skin damage.
It’s a great moisturizer with a high fatty acid content to keep your skin hydrated and healthy.
It has anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce redness associated with dry skin, eczema, and even acne.
It contains a special compound called triterpene, which can help prevent your skin from losing collagen and developing fine lines and wrinkles.
Applying cacao to skin topically has its own perks, including a boost of antioxidants which promote collagen production and reduce free-radical damage.
